OrderProtection.com is offered as an additional item at checkout. There is no extra application process or forms to fill out, customers just checkout and are instantly protected against items:

• Delivered Not Received
• Damaged Item
• Lost in Transit
• Wrong Item

• 1-year limited warranty on LayinSune frame and wicker.

• For LayinSune cushion covers, we offer free replacement for 2 years.

Shipping Information

• We will process your order in 1-2 working days, the general parcel logistics and transportation time takes about 3-7 days.
• Furniture sets are shipped in multiple packages, which may not be delivered at the same time, so if you have any questions about package logistics, please email support@layinsun.com.
• We cannot send the package to the PO address, If you have an PO address, please email support@LayinSun.com in advance of making purchases to confirm the item(s) you are interested in can be shipped to your address via FedEx.

Return Information

• If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it within 30 days, and we’ll refund the cost of the item.
• If the item is defective, damaged, or missing any part or you receive the wrong product, please contact our customer Service email : support@layinsun.com immediately and provide us with a photo or video showing the defect or damage, and after we confirm the problem with the item, we will arrange compensation, resend the product, or issue a refund accordingly.
• Returns from non-product defects and other customer reasons, Customers need to bear the freight, on the return costs, Customers can contact our Customer Service email : support@LayinSun.com.
• We only accept products in the original packaging for return. Please keep the original package
