Product arrived in 4 boxes that were relatively light. Assembly was super easy, all supplies were there. The bottom cushion is firm and has good height to it and has ties. The top cushion is a bit more plush, wish it had ties. Cushions do move around a bit making it a bit uncomfortable. Product does sit lower to the ground so if you’re tall might not be a good fit. Overall good set and hoping cushions and furniture will hold up with rain and will not rust in the future.

This is our third set of pool furniture and I have learned a lot! First, this entire set took my wife and I less than 30 minutes to put together! Second, unlike other metal furniture we have had in the past, this one has drain holes so water does not sit in the vertical tubes and slowly rust the metal, instead it drains out of the holes and should prolong the longevity of the furniture! Third, each piece did not have a separate set of tools to put it together. They all used the same sized allen wrench and box wrench so we could move from one piece to another without retooling!
The furniture is very sturdy and well built. No rough edges or poorly applied powder coating. We were so impressed we purchased two additional pieces.
I cannot recommend this furniture any more!
As others have stated, assembly was straight forward and easy. (assembly is made easier if you have a 4mm hex on a socket.) And they look good. No shipping damage except a little paint scuffing here and there; nothing really to complain about. My issue is comfort. There is no back angle...the back is 90 degrees to the seat. If you want a little back angle by moving you butt forward, then your leg thighs have minimal support from the seat. The back needs 4 to 7 degree back angle and the seat front needs another 2 to 3 inches forward, imo. I'm 5'10", 200 lbs. All that said, my wife loves the set and that's all that matters. She's 5'2" 100 lbs and finds the set comfortable.
Purchased for outdoors and it was just as pictured. Good seat and is sturdy. Super easy to put together. Looks great for the price. Suggest screwing everything in then sitting in the chairs for a bit, then re-tightening, that will help you get a sturdier fit.
