Very nice and comfortable. Fits perfectly on my porch. 2 of my chairs got lost by fedex. After contacting customer support they sent me the 2 i was missing right away!! Customer support was awesome!

This purchase has truly transformed my patio experience. The vibrant fabric and sleek black frame inspire joy every time I see them. We have absolutely loved our set so far! It’s very comfortable for outdoor furniture and it’s been so great being able to rearrange the seats depending on our activity.

At first our delivery was not great partly due to weather delays. I found it difficult to contact someone locally regarding parts of the collection we did not receive. After sending multiple messages I finally received a response that if the pieces missing could not be located that they would resend the package and they did. We even received 2 additional items that were found after our package was reordered and we were told to keep the extra ottomans. We have not set the furniture up at this time but will provide another review once we have.

We purchased the LayinSun 11-Piece Large Outdoor Modular Sectional Set with Propane Fire Pit Table about two weeks ago, and overall, it’s beautiful. The design is modern, the size is generous, and it looks fantastic on our patio. The fire pit table is a great centerpiece and really elevates the space.

However, there are a few functional issues that I think are important for buyers to know:
• The cushions do not have any built-in anti-slip backing or ties, so they slide around quite a bit. I ended up purchasing non-slip pads separately to keep them in place.
• Each chair is completely separate and does not come with connectors. Because of that, they move a lot when sitting down or standing up. I had to buy furniture connectors so I could secure two or three chairs together to create a more stable loveseat/couch setup.
• The bottoms of the chairs slide easily on our patio surface. Some type of rubberized feet or grip material would have made a big difference.

Unfortunately, the movement became a safety issue for us - our dog jumped onto the furniture, it shifted, and she fell and hurt herself. That was concerning and something to consider if you have pets or children.

With built-in connectors and anti-slip features, this set would easily be a 5-star product. It’s truly beautiful - it just needs better stabilization.

Overall, we love the look, but be prepared to purchase additional items to keep everything secure and in place.
