Shiping
- We will process your order in 1-2 working days, the general parcel logistics and transportation time takes about 3-7 days.
- You can contact us to change your information or cancel your order before processing it. Once the package is sent, there is no way to cancel the order.
- Orders that contain multiple items may ship from different locations; you will receive an email with tracking once each item (or group of items) is shipped.

- We cannot send the package to the PO address, If you have an PO address, please email support@LayinSun.com in advance of making purchases to confirm the item(s) you are interested in can be shipped to your address via FedEx.
- Currently, our shipping does not support remote areas such as Alaska and Hawaii, if your address is remote, Please email support@layinsun.com before purchasing and our team will confirm it for you
