Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your LayinSun furniture as much as we loved creating them for you. As a custom furniture manufacturer, we work diligently to ensure that every purchase brings a positive experience.
No Returns Required
- (1) If the item is defective, damaged, missing any part or you receive the wrong product, please contact our customer Service email : support@layinsun.com immediately and provide us with a photo or video showing the defect or damage, and after we confirm the problem with the item, we will arrange compensation, resend the product, or issue a refund accordingly. without the need to return it
- (2) If the item you received does not work properly, please contact our customer service department for technical support. We will provide guidance. If the problem persists and the product still doesn't work properly, we can send you a replacement package or you can ask for a refund.
Accepted Returns
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it within 30 days, and we’ll refund the cost of the item. Returns are only applicable to the following conditions;
- (1)We only accept items in their original packaging. We can't offer a return without the original packing.
- (2)Products that have exceeded the 30-day return window,We cannot accept returns .
- (3)Returns from non product defects,Including: product use uncomfortable,No longer need or want,expectations do not match,Unsatisfactory performance or quality,Over-installed or not installed and other customer reasons,Customers need to bear the freight, on the return costs,Customers can contact our customer Service email : support@LayinSun.com .

Refund Process
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@layinsun.com .
